Customs Clearance
We have a reputable business partner that we forged an alliance with to execute the prompt clearance of any cargo at any border post around Zimbabwe. Their offices are linked to ZIMRA through the ASYCUDA system. Prompt clearance of cargo is achieved by executing all the customs procedures from calculation of the duty payable to ZIMRA, framing of the Bill Of Entry, submitting documents to ZIMRA, control and monitoring of all imports or exports.

Our combined sound relationship with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) enables us to achieve clearance of various cargo promptly which is crucial in ensuring total customer satisfaction and retention. We also look after the client’s cargo during and after the clearance procedures till the safe delivery at the nominated destination.

Freight Forwarding
Through our alliance with reputable and well established Agents in different countries across the entire globe, we co-ordinate the smooth transportation of any cargo. We are well versed with all the procedures involved in the transportation of various cargo from the point of origin till delivery. This is achieved by communicating with the respective Agents and ensuring that the logistics chain is simplified to ensure a hassle free service to our valuable clients.

Road Freight
We execute the smooth transportation of various cargo from any origin to the required destination. We have mutual and long term contracts with various reputable transporters in the SADC region whom we sub-contract to carry cargo that is containerised, break bulk, consolidated cargo, dangerous cargo and abnormal loads. All the trucks have satellite tracking devices which enables us to keep track of the position of the truck at any given time and update our clients.

Air Freight
We handle the smooth transportation of various cargo by air freight from any source to the required destination. We have a good cordial working relationship with the reputable cargo airline companies that service major routes across the globe. Tracking of cargo is easily carried out and clients are updated on a regular basis.

Sea Freight
Various cargo can be shipped from any source to the required destination and we work with efficient shipping lines to achieve this. We are able to give our clients constant updates as we track the movement of the vessels from the different shipping lines we work with. We monitor the movement of the vessels from the port of loading till arrival at the port of discharge. Since Zimbabwe is a landlocked country, the closest ports we use are Durban, Beira, Maputo and Walvis Bay.

Rail Freight
Bulk cargo can be transported by rail and we are well versed with all the procedures involved in the movement of cargo by rail. We facilitate the movement of cargo by rail from the source till delivery.

International Procurement
We specialize in a wide spectrum of services to suit our client's needs including international procurement and delivery services of various goods across the globe.Through our reputable network of reliable and accredited suppliers across the entire globe we can source and deliver any products on behalf of our esteemed clients. We charge a nominal fee for this service and our clients are guaranteed superb service delivery as we handle all the logistics from the supplier's premises till delivery at our clients door step.

Warehousing
Through our alliance with selected warehouse operators registered with ZIMRA, we offer storage requirements for our client's goods – general and bonded. These warehouses are well protected and secure with parameter fences outside, lockable gates, security guards, alarm systems and surveillance cameras. These facilities employ well trained and skilled staff as well as having state of the art cargo handling equipment.

Vehicle Registration
We offer our valuable clients a “One Stop Shop”. We ease the pressure of enduring the long queue's and all the hassles involved in registering a recently imported vehicle on behalf of our valuable clients. Our service doesn't end when we handle the clearance of vehicles at the border posts. We will handle the vehicle registration procedures at CVR and ZIMRA as well as facilitating insurance cover for your vehicle (comprehensive or third party) and obtaining all the necessary road permits at ZINARA/ Ministry Of Transport.
